Purchasing with a credit card using CC Now
We understand our customers' concerns for buying items over the Internet. Keeping that in mind, we want to inform you how transactions are being managed. Reamp has partnered with a company called CC Now. They are a full service credit card processing company. CC Now has the most up to date software for e-commerce security. We are confident that CC Now will process your credit card information with the utmost privacy and security.
Reamp never sees your credit card number. CC Now processes your card and sends us an e-mail telling us where to ship. We ship it off to you. It is that easy. It is important to note that on your credit card bill there will be a charge from CC Now—not Reamp—for the amount of your purchase.
When you decide to place an order, you are asked to complete an order form. This form requires your name, billing and shipping address, and credit card number and expiration date. You should also include other information such as your telephone number and E-mail address to make it easy to contact you regarding your order if necessary. We do not share this information with any third party.

Shipping
All shipping is done from California within 24 hours of order conformation. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
Return PolicyIf you are not entirely satisfied with the Reamp, notify us at reamp@reamp.com within 7 days of receiving your order and you will be given a return address. You can return it for the full purchase price. Credit card refunds will be placed on the original credit card used for the purchase.
WarranteeThe Reamp has a one year parts and labor warrantee. Customer pays for shipping to Reamp only. |
